Each patient receives in-person as well as virtual access to a certified diabetes care specialist, a behavioral health specialist and a physical trainer.
You’ll receive coaching that is tailored to your unique preferences and data points. You’ll receive a CGM and long-term support via our custom app. The CGM provides real-time blood glucose level monitoring without the painful and tedious finger sticks.
